A firefighter gives their all everyday, Make many sacrifices along the way. Each time they respond to an emergency call, There’s always a chance they may fall.On Tuesday evening when the call came in, Joey jumped on the truck as he did time and time again.I’m sure he was thinking about what he could do, How to help someone be it me or you.He answered the call to save someone from harm, And no one knew it would be his last alarm. We will miss you Scrappy in our hearts you remain, Gone but not forgotten until we meet again. You did your job well always gave your best, And now your in God’s arms may you find peace and rest.
May God Bless You,
Joseph “Sparky” Parks – Holiday Park VFD
