Event Request Form

The officers and members of the Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department strive everyday to reach out and work directly with our community.  To that extent we often asked to attend events, provide assistance, and/or consult on fire-related matters.  The following are common topics and request types that we happy to help with:

Fire Department Station Tours

• To request a tour of our station, please contact Chief Sims

Use of Holiday Park VFD Social Hall

• To request use of our social hall for a meeting or community function, please contact President Jackie Taylor

Block Party, Camp, or any Function

• To request one of our crews attend your event (Engine, Ladder Truck, or Rescue), please contact Chief Sims

Emergency Crew Stand-By at a Special Event

• To request one of our crews stand-by at your event (race, competition, festival) and assist with on-site emergency services please contact Chief Sims

 EMS Continuing Education

• To request a schedule of upcoming classes or to sign-up to attend one, please contact our Medical Officer Alex Marcelewski

School Visits and Fire Prevention/Education

• To request a visit to your school or daycare center, please contact our Fire Prevention Coordinator
